TEKNOMATIC automatic round cakes filling machine has been designed to fill round bulks, with a capacity from 2 to 4 lt approx.
Working in-line with continuous ice-cream freezers, this machine can fi ll up to a maximum of 2 flavours simultaneously in a concentric shape.
The filling pattern is made of small flower-kind dosings distributed:
– 33% center of cake with flavor 1
– 33% middle ring with flavor 2
– 33% outer ring with flavor 1
This particularly stout construction machine, made of AISI 304 stainless steel, has been conceived for small and medium size icecream industries.
The basic machine includes:
• a stainless steel automatic sliding table, conceived to allow different sizes of bulks, on which the automatic dispensing station will put each bulk
• a stainless steel time elapse filler, connected to one or various continuous icecream freezers. A lifter lifts the empty bulk under the filler, fills it up to the programmed weight and then, goes down again. This cycle starts again to fill the other bulk.
Filler vertical movement under the doser is pneumatically driven with a double stroke movement for deeper bulks.
Dosing cycle is variable and can be controlled by a timer.
